Civic Cataracts

My Honda Civic, like so many in the world, had a fogged-up-looking headlight. Not actually foggy though, it was rough on the outside. And I had no idea how to fix it. I assumed that there was no easy remedy, since so many of these model-years drive around with this condition which I like to call Civic Cataracts.

You can see how bad my starboard light had gotten on the left side of this photo:

 

But on the right side I've already applied some of this product.

 

Here I've done the entire light, which took me a total of about ten minutes with an old t-shirt. The product is Meguiar's PlastX, and it saved my headlight.
